Who issued it
A named laboratory or certification body, with the accreditation it holds printed on it. A report with no issuer, or an issuer with no accreditation, cannot be verified by anyone.

Who Has Audited This Site, And Against What
A certificate proves a system exists. An audit record says what was assessed, how recently, who assessed it, and whether the report is yours to keep or ours to lend. This page is the second one.
The Record
Every Audit That Runs Over This Site
No certificate numbers and no dates appear in this table, on purpose. Those belong to documents issued by a named body on its own surveillance cycle, and a page that prints a stale number is more damaging than a page that says ask us for the current issue. The right-hand column says who owns each report.

How To Run Your Own

Tell us the protocol
Retailer scheme, your own checklist or a named standard. If a previous audit exists at another supplier, send that form and we will work to the same one.

Choose the form
On site during production, live by video, or a document pack alone. A video tour is scheduled against a running line so the machines are working, not parked.

Share the report
For your own audit the report is yours. For a third-party social audit we release the current issue under NDA, or you can be added to the audit platform directly.

Close the findings
Anything raised gets an owner and a date, and we answer the follow-up rather than sending the certificate and stopping.

How To Check A Report We Send You
The same four checks work on any supplier, including us. A document that fails one of them is not evidence, whoever sent it.
The report number
Every issued report carries one, and the issuing body can confirm it against their own register. Ask them, not us — that is the whole point of a third-party report.
What it covers
The model, the material and the condition actually tested. A food-contact report for a similar body is not a report for your body, and a coating tested at one thickness is not evidence for another.
How current it is
Materials, suppliers and coatings change. A report that predates the last formulation change describes a product that is no longer being made.
