Factory & Quality

An Integrated Factory, Not A Trading Desk

Everchill is the drinkware brand of Yiwu Lvinterest Technology Co., Ltd.. We own the machines and the process — tube cutting, metal forming, vacuum brazing, polishing, coating, printing, assembly and packing, so a specification change can be tested on a line in the same week it is agreed. Sustained output runs at about 150,000 pieces a week — roughly 600,000 a month.

Request the current company, compliance and production documents relevant to your programme. The exact set depends on the product and the destination market.

One Roof, One Schedule

The core processes run on our own lines, so a change is reviewed in-house instead of being re-quoted by a separate supplier.

Reasons To Work With Us

Why Choose Everchill

Six points a buyer can check before committing. The line under each one is the number, the document or the stage it comes from.
01

10+ Years In Drinkware

A decade on the same product family — bottles, tumblers, mugs and food jars — so the tooling, the finishes and the carton sizes are already in production rather than invented again for each order.

02

OEM And ODM Under One Team

Bring a specification and we manufacture to it. Bring a market position or a reference product and we develop the structure, the mockup, the prototype and the tooling. The design stays yours either way.

03

Samples In 3–7 Days

Sampling and production run to windows agreed before the order rather than to a best case: samples 3–7 days from approved specification and artwork, production 10–25 days from sample approval and cleared deposit.

04

Minimums Sized For A Market Test

From 500 pcs per colour on existing tooling, so a colourway, a price tier or a new market can be tried before a full programme is committed to.

05

One Body, Several Price Tiers

Screw, flip and straw lids, handles and spouts all fit the same body, and one tooling set can serve more than one market position without a new mould.

Documents For Your Market

Compliance is documented per product and per destination rather than as a generic pack, so the paperwork a retailer or a customs broker asks for travels with the order.

Quality & Certifications

Tested Against The Standard Your Market Requires

Products are developed under strict material control and tested to the standards your destination market requires — commonly FDA and LFGB food-contact testing, plus REACH and California Proposition 65 statements covering the materials and coatings actually used.

Before Ordering

What Buyers Ask Before Sending A Brief

Five questions that decide whether an enquiry can move: what a sample costs, how the minimum is counted, when payment falls due, when the lead-time clock starts, and which test documents the destination market expects.
All questions
What does a sample cost, and what is charged for it?

Standard samples are charged at piece cost plus courier, and we quote the figure before we make them — you approve the sample charge the same way you approve the sample. Where the sample needs a new mould, a new print screen or a Pantone colour match, that setup is quoted as a separate line, because the same work is then reused in the production run. We do not send free decorated samples: a decorated sample is the production method, so it carries real setup cost. Whether the sample charge is credited back once the production order is placed depends on the agreed terms, and it is stated in the quotation rather than assumed.

What is your MOQ?

For products that already use our existing tooling, MOQ starts from 500 pieces per colour. That count runs per colour and per model: changing the body colour, the lid colour or the item number starts a new count. A mixed set can be assembled from several colours or models as long as each one reaches its own minimum. Fully bespoke structures that require new moulds carry a higher MOQ, and we quote it clearly against your target quantity. If your launch plan sits below 500, tell us the quantity you are actually working to — we will say whether a smaller trial run is possible on that tooling before you commit to a colour range.

What is your production lead time?

Standard mass production runs 10–25 days, and the clock starts when two things are done: the approved sample is signed off, and the deposit has cleared. It does not start when the enquiry is sent or when the artwork arrives. The window itself depends on order size, decoration complexity and the production schedule at the time you order. If you are working to a fixed ship date, tell us the date up front — we would rather tell you the schedule cannot hold it than accept the order and slip. Shipping time after that depends on the destination and the logistics method you choose.

What are your payment terms?

Terms depend on the kind of order. Standard production runs: 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the bill-of-lading copy. Sample and trial orders are normally settled in full before dispatch. Where new tooling is involved, the tooling cost and the production cost are invoiced as two separate payments. Letters of credit are accepted for larger programmes. We confirm which structure applies to your order in the quotation, before you commit.

What certifications can you provide?

Products are developed under strict material control and tested to the standards your market requires — commonly FDA and LFGB food-contact testing, plus California Proposition 65 and REACH statements for the materials and coatings actually used. Third-party testing (TÜV, SGS, Intertek) can be arranged when your compliance process needs an independent lab. The document set differs from product to product and from market to market, so the set that matters is the one matching your item number and destination: give us both and we will confirm which reports apply and how current they are. Treat a general certificate as general, and ask us for the set that covers your order.

Retail Channels

Built For The Channel Your Buyer Sells Into

Shelf-ready cartons, PDQ displays, barcode placement and planogram-friendly dimensions are specified against the retailer your buyer is listing into, not against a house standard. The marks below identify the retail channels these programmes are built for. They are not a client list — the brands we manufacture for are theirs to announce, not ours.

  • Walmart — retail channel
  • Target — retail channel
  • Amazon — retail channel
  • Costco — retail channel
  • Carrefour — retail channel
  • Lowe's — retail channel
  • eBay — retail channel
  • Coca-Cola — retail channel

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are shown to indicate the retail channel a programme is built for. Packaging and marking requirements are confirmed per retailer before the run.
