What we collect through this website, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form — your name, e-mail address, company, country, the product or model you are asking about, quantity, target market, any deadline you mention, your message, and any file you choose to attach. We also record your IP address, browser identification and the page you submitted from, so that we can identify spam and understand which pages produce enquiries.
We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) on the public pages of this website. It sets two cookies — _fbp, and _fbc when you arrive here from one of our adverts — and it reports the pages you view, with your browser identification and IP address, to Meta Platforms. We use it for one thing: to see whether our advertising brings people here, and to show our adverts to people who have already shown an interest. Automatic advanced matching is switched off, so the e-mail address, phone number and other details you type into an enquiry form are not read by it. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser and still use every part of this site, and you can review how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad settings or in Meta's privacy policy.
The only other cookie we set is a session cookie for staff signing in to the administration area.
Why we hold it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to run that order — quotations, samples, specifications, production documents and shipping paperwork. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit agreement.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible to our own sales and engineering staff. If a project needs external testing, freight booking or customs paperwork, we share only the minimum information those parties need to complete that step.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation you paused. Where an order is placed, the related records — including drawings, specifications and inspection documents — are retained for as long as we are required to for warranty, customs and tax purposes.
Files you attach
Artwork, logos and reference images you attach to an enquiry are stored on our own server, are used only to quote or produce your order, and are not published or shared with other clients. Unless you tell us otherwise, we treat your designs as confidential.
Who is responsible for it
Yiwu Lvinterest Technology Co., Ltd., No. 588, Chengxin Avenue, Yiwu City, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, is the controller of the information described here — the party that decides why it is held and what happens to it. Questions, requests and complaints all go to [email protected], which is monitored by the person responsible for this website.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Where the law requires us to name a basis for processing, we rely on one of these:
To take steps you have asked for before an order exists — reading your enquiry, quoting it, and answering your questions. This is the basis for almost everything on the enquiry form.
Our legitimate interest in running a trade business — keeping a record of who asked what, so a conversation you started can be picked up later, and filtering out automated submissions. We limit this to what a supplier would reasonably need to answer you.
Our legal obligations — retaining order, customs and tax records for the periods those rules set.
Your consent, where you have given it, for example if you ask to be added to a mailing list. You may withdraw it at any time.
Where your information is held
Enquiries are stored on our own server, which is located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you are writing from those regions, your information is transferred to, and handled by our team in, China — that is where our sales and engineering staff work, and it is where your quotation has to be produced. We keep the data limited to what the enquiry requires, and we do not send it onward to anyone else except the service providers described above. If you need to know what safeguards apply to the transfer before you send us anything, ask us and we will tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it — that will not affect anything we did with your information before you withdrew it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask us to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; you may also ask us to pass information you gave us on to another provider.
