OEM & ODM Customisation
Your Product, Specified Down To The Gasket
Logo method, surface finish, Pantone colour, lid architecture, accessory set and retail packaging — all defined, sampled and approved before production.
Lids
One Body, Every Drinking System
Customisation is not a single decision. It is a stack of small ones — how the logo is applied, how the body feels, how heavy the lid clicks, how the product looks on a shelf in a photograph. We work through that stack with you before any tooling is committed.
Dual-Drink Lid
Leak-Proof Sip Lid
Magnetic Chug Lid
One-Hand Slide Straw
Flip-Straw Lid
Surfaces
Texture Is The Cheapest Way To Change Perceived Value
The same body, formed on the same line at the same cost, can read as disposable or as premium. Most of that difference is the finish, which is also the decision buyers change most often after they see a sample.
Soft-Touch Rubber Paint
Shimmer Powder Coat
Spray Coating
Water Transfer Print
Electroplating
Mirror Polish
Colours
A Range, Not A Colour Card
Ten of the finishes we run most, shown as the article rather than as a swatch. Solids are matched to a Pantone reference; gradients, metallics and all-over laser marking are quoted against the artwork. Physical colour chips go out for approval before any run starts.

Eight Ways To Put Your Mark On Steel
Durability, achievable detail and cost per unit vary enormously between methods, and the cheapest one is rarely the wrong one. We match the method to how the product will be used, then send a printed or engraved sample of your own artwork before the run.
Silk Screen Printing
Flat-colour logos at the lowest unit cost; holds the volume business.
Heat Transfer (TTO)
Multi-colour and photographic artwork at volume.
Water Transfer Printing
Runs across a curve, a taper or a rim without breaking.
Air Transfer
Soft-edged, photographic marks rather than a hard outline.
3D UV Printing
Raised ink you can feel with a thumb; gift and limited-edition work.
Laser Engraving
In the steel rather than on it, so nothing wears off.
Emboss & Deboss
Pressed into the structure as it forms; needs tooling.
UV Plating
Plated, not printed — iridescent and mirrored marks.
Next Step
Send The Artwork. We Will Confirm The Route.
Share your logo file, the model you have in mind and the quantity. We will recommend a lid, a finish and a logo method, and tell you what else we need before the price can be fixed.
OEM & ODM
Looking For A Drinkware Partner Rather Than A Supplier?
The two routes below differ only in where the design comes from. Either way the tooling, the artwork and the specification file stay yours.
You bring the specification and we manufacture to it — the fastest route to market, and the one to take while you are still testing which size sells.
Requirement Confirmation
You send the product type, capacity, material, colour, logo file, packaging and target quantity.
Evaluation & Quotation
Engineering reviews wall thickness, lid interface and decoration method, then issues a line-item quotation with lead time and MOQ.
Sample Approval
Pre-production samples are made and shipped with colour and logo references for your sign-off.
Order & Production Setup
Deposit received, materials reserved, tooling and printing screens prepared, and the line is scheduled.
Mass Production
Production runs under in-line inspection: dimensional check, vacuum retention test, leak test and appearance sampling.
Inspection & Shipment
Pre-shipment AQL inspection, retail packing, carton marking and export documents.
You bring the market position and our engineering develops the structure — a product competitors cannot buy, on a longer timeline, with tooling you own.
Concept Input
Share a mood board, reference product or target market.
Digital Mockup
You receive a rendered visual of the proposed product so the direction can be validated internally before engineering time is spent.
Design & Engineering Proposal
Structure drawings, material options, lid architecture and a manufacturing cost breakdown for review.
3D Model & Prototype
In-house engineering builds a 3D model and physical prototype so you can test ergonomics before committing to tooling.
Tooling & Production Setup
Mould development, decoration screens and assembly fixtures — all managed in house after prototype approval.
Mass Production & Delivery
Stable production with full QC documentation, retail packing and coordinated global shipping.
