Body and material
The largest single line. 304 (18/8) stainless is the default; a heavier wall or a 316 body moves it up, and the capacity drives the coil consumed per unit.
OEM & ODM stainless steel drinkware from our own factory in Zhejiang — MOQ 500 pcs, samples in 3–7 days.
Get QuoteHow We Work
The sequence, the day each step lands on, what you receive at the end of it and who owns it. The two windows that decide a launch — sampling and production — are the same ones we publish everywhere else on this site.
Order Flow
| When | Step | What happens | Owner | You receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | Enquiry acknowledged | You send the brief; we confirm receipt and name the person handling it. | Sales | Reply inside one business day |
| Day 1 | Specification and quotation | We confirm the model, the body, the lid, the decoration and the packing, and price it as one configuration set. | Sales + engineering | Written quotation |
| Day 1-2 | Artwork check or mockup | Your logo file is checked for resolution and colour count, and mocked onto the body so the placement is agreed before anything is made. | Design | Mockup image |
| Day 3-7 | Sample produced | Stock or decorated sample, charged at piece cost plus courier, with any new screen or Pantone match quoted as a separate line. | Sampling workshop | Physical sample + photos |
| Day 5-10 | Sample approved | You approve the sample, the colour chip and the print proof. The approved sample becomes the limit sample for the run. | You | Signed approval / PO |
| - | Order and deposit | 30% by T/T for a standard production run, with the balance against the bill-of-lading copy; tooling invoiced separately where new moulds are involved. | Sales + finance | Proforma invoice |
| - | Production scheduled | The slot is booked against the order, so the date quoted is the date planned against. | Planning | Production slot confirmation |
| - | Material and in-process inspection | Incoming material verified, then in-process checks recorded through welding, evacuation and coating. | QC + production | In-process record |
| 10-25 days | Mass production | Runs from sample approval and cleared deposit. Part colours and mixed models are built to their own minimums. | Production | Batch records |
| - | Pre-shipment inspection | AQL inspection against the limit sample, with photos and a written report issued before release. | QC or third party | Inspection report |
| - | Loading and documents | Loading plan against the container, then commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin where applicable, and the test reports for your model. | Shipping | Full document set |
| - | After arrival | A claim raised against a batch is traced to the production record rather than argued about, and the reorder runs to the same limit sample. | Sales + QC | Traceability check |
Two clocks, and they are not the same one. The sampling window starts when the specification and the artwork are approved, and the production window starts when the sample is approved and the deposit has cleared. Anything that shortens those windows is a smaller change than anything that shortens the wait before they start.
Cost Structure
We do not publish unit prices — every one of these lines moves with quantity, finish, packing and destination, and a list price would be wrong for almost every order it was applied to. What follows is the structure a quotation is built from, so the first conversation is about the levers rather than about a number.
The largest single line. 304 (18/8) stainless is the default; a heavier wall or a 316 body moves it up, and the capacity drives the coil consumed per unit.
A double-wall vacuum body costs more to build than a single-wall one, and a new mould is a one-off charged separately and reused on the reorder.
Powder coat, spray and metallising sit on different lines with different setup. A Pantone match, a gradient or a two-tone finish adds a maskset or a second pass.
Silk screen is the cheapest per unit and the least flexible; laser needs no consumable but needs the machine time; embossing needs tooling. The artwork decides which of these is available.
A screw cap and a moulded carry-handle lid are not the same part. Much of the range shares one body, so the lid often moves the price more than the body does.
A polybag and a retail colour box are different products. PDQ displays, mailer boxes and gift tubes are quoted against the dieline and the board.
Food-contact and restricted-substance testing against a named standard is a per-model cost, not a per-order one; a third-party pre-shipment inspection is per order.
FOB, CIF and DDP price the same goods differently, and on DDP the duty, import tax and clearance are separate lines rather than one landed figure.
This slot is held for an indicative price band per family, should we publish one. It is deliberately empty rather than filled with a placeholder: a price that is not a price is worse than no price at all, and any figure here would have to hold against the quotation for every configuration. Until then, ask for the quotation and we will price your configuration.
