Tube cutting, metal forming, vacuum brazing, polishing, cleaning, coating, printing, assembly, inspection and warehousing — one continuous flow, with the final route confirmed for each programme.
Vertical integration is not a substitute for evidence. It is the reason we can show the relevant process, sample and inspection record to a buyer. Our published base is in Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China; the legal/export entity is Yiwu Lvinterest Technology Co., Ltd. Request current company and factory records if your onboarding process requires them.
When a colour needs adjusting or a sample fails a drop test, the person who can fix it is in the next workshop, not in another province. The exact production route and capacity are confirmed for each programme before the date is committed. Sustained output across the vacuum, coating and assembly lines runs at about 150,000 pieces a week — roughly 600,000 pieces a month.
Production Flow
Automated cutting, expanding and necking lines with robotic handling. Dimensional capability is verified hourly against the master sample.
Automated lines
The step that decides whether insulation works at all. Double-wall assemblies are brazed under controlled vacuum and pressure-tested before release.
Pressure tested
Mirror, satin and brushed finishing on dedicated lines, followed by a multi-stage wash to remove polishing compound before coating.
Multiple finishes
Powder coating and wet paint with Pantone matching, plus silk screen, laser and transfer printing for decoration.
Pantone matched
Lid assembly, gasket fitting, accessory pairing and function testing, including open/close cycle checks on sampled pieces.
Function tested
In-line dimensional checks, vacuum retention testing, leak testing and appearance sampling against the approved limit sample.
AQL sampling
Retail packing, carton assembly, barcode labelling and container loading plans prepared to your retail or distribution requirement.
Retail ready
Separate raw material, semi-finished and finished goods stores, so a repeat order does not wait on material.
Material buffered
In-house testing for insulation performance, leak resistance and material verification, plus coordination with third-party labs.
In-house testingStations & Checks
| Stage | What runs there | What is checked |
|---|---|---|
| Tube cutting & metal forming | Automated cutting, expanding and necking lines with robotic handling. | Dimensional checks at cutting and forming, with hourly capability verification against the master sample. |
| Vacuum brazing | Double-wall assemblies brazed under a controlled vacuum. | Pressure tested. This is the step that decides whether the insulation works at all. |
| Polishing & surface preparation | Mirror, satin and brushed finishing on dedicated lines. | Multi-stage wash to remove polishing compound, checked before coating. |
| Coating & printing | Powder coating and wet paint with Pantone matching, plus silk screen, laser and transfer printing. | Approved limit samples held for colour, texture and print registration. |
| Assembly & accessories | Lid assembly, gasket fitting, accessory pairing. | Open and close cycle testing on sampled units, to catch gasket and thread wear. |
| Inspection & labelling | In-line dimensional checks, vacuum retention testing, leak testing, appearance sampling. | AQL sampling against the approved sample, plus 100% vacuum testing on the vacuum range. |
| Packing | Retail packing, carton assembly, barcode labelling, container loading plans. | Pre-shipment AQL inspection of packing and appearance, with photographs and a written report before release. |
| Warehousing & inventory | Separate raw material, semi-finished and finished goods stores. | Material is buffered, so a repeat order does not wait on a new mill delivery. |
| In-house laboratory | Insulation performance, leak resistance and material verification, plus coordination with third-party testing. | Records archived against the order number for future reference. |
The stages come from the workshop list above and the checks from the eight control points on the quality page, so the three pages describe one process rather than three. Machine lists, line counts and shift patterns are confirmed during an audit or a tour rather than published as a figure that would go stale.
Planning
Sustained output is published as a weekly figure rather than a daily one, because that is the period the plant is actually scheduled over. Forming, vacuum and coating are the stages that set the ceiling; assembly, inspection and packing are scheduled to the order behind them.
What that means in practice is that capacity is finite and it is a real constraint rather than a marketing number. A peak-season programme, a gifting run with a fixed hand-over date, or anything landing near a national holiday is worth booking early rather than assumed — and an enquiry that names the date gets an honest answer about whether the slot exists.
