What A Tour Walks Through
These are the stages in the order they run. Each row also names the check that happens at that station, because the question a visiting buyer asks is not only "what is this machine" but "what does it catch".

The records behind these stations are the half of a visit that decides anything: batch records, test reports, the AQL plan that applied to an order and the documents that travel with a shipment. Records are prepared before a visit rather than found during one, which is what makes the difference between a tour and a wasted flight.

Nominate the inspector and the scope. Batch records, test reports and the AQL plan for the order are made available, and the inspection normally happens before release instead of after arrival.

How do I book a visit?
Send the audit scope — quality, social or security — or just say what you want to see, and nominate the date. The relevant records are prepared before the visit rather than found during it, which is the difference between a tour and a waste of a flight.
Can I audit remotely?
Yes. A live video walk is arranged over a normal call: point at the line and the camera goes there, during working hours and by arrangement in your time zone. It is not a substitute for a physical audit, and it is a great deal better than nothing.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes, and inspectors nominated by the buyer are welcome on site. The batch records, the test reports and the AQL plan that applied to the order are made available to them, and the inspection normally takes place before release rather than after arrival.
What will I actually be shown?
The seven stages listed on this page, in the order they run: forming, vacuum brazing, polishing, coating and printing, assembly, inspection and packing. What is shown is what runs, so if a line is between batches you will see it empty rather than staged.
What should I prepare before coming?
A checklist, the item numbers you care about, and the questions you want answered on the day. Where a programme is confidential an NDA is signed before the visit — ask for it in that order rather than after.
What can I not see on a tour?
Other buyers’ tooling, other buyers’ artwork, and the commercial terms of any order that is not yours. That is not secrecy for its own sake: a factory that will show you someone else’s mould will show yours to someone else.
