From 500 pcs per colour (existing tooling). The minimum applies per colour and per logo treatment, so an order in two colours against two different print setups counts as two minimums. Below that, the honest answer depends on the body and the decoration — ask, and we will tell you what the tooling allows rather than quote a number we cannot hold.

Samples: 3–7 days for stock or lightly decorated samples. Production: 10–25 days after sample approval. The sample clock starts when the artwork and the decoration method are settled, not when the enquiry arrives — a logo that needs a new screen or a new engraving file adds a step before the sample can be made.

Silk screen, laser, emboss, TTO, UV, water transfer. Roughly: silk screen and UV and water transfer lay ink on the surface, laser and emboss remove or displace it, and TTO wraps a printed film around a body that is not a simple cylinder. The choice changes how the item reads in the hand, what it costs per unit, and how well it survives washing.

See catalogue page 25 for the lid set supplied with this mould. Lid choice is not cosmetic on a vacuum item: it decides whether the drink is sipped, poured or drunk through a straw, and it decides the leak test the finished product has to pass.

Any Pantone colour, powder coat / matt / gloss. Send a Pantone reference or a physical sample; the catalogue shade is a starting point and not a constraint. Matte and gloss read differently on the same colour, so it is worth settling the finish before the colour.

White box / colour box / PDQ / mailer — to spec. Packing is quoted with the product rather than assumed: retail-ready packaging changes the carton dimensions, and the carton dimensions decide the container loading, so the two are settled together.

Aluminum body, food-grade liner — Double-wall vacuum insulated. The grade matters for what the item may claim on a label in your market, so the certificate set is matched to the destination rather than to the body alone.

Documents are provided per product and per destination market, and they are named on the quality page and the certification matrix. We do not print certificate numbers in the catalogue: the current issue is what counts, and a number copied into a page is the one thing that goes stale silently.
