For Brand Programmes

A product that looks like yours, season after season.

Brand owners are not buying a bottle, they are buying a repeatable specification: the same body, the same shade, the same lid, the same carton, two seasons running. What we are actually being asked for is control.

What You Are Usually Solving

The Brief We Hear Most Often

  • The colour has to match the brand book, not the catalogue photograph.
  • The second production run has to look like the first one.
  • The lid and the packaging are part of the product, not an accessory to it.
  • Somebody has to own the artwork file and the print screen between runs.

What We Provide

How We Answer It

Every point below is something we can put in writing on a quotation rather than a brochure line. If one of them does not fit your programme, say so and we will tell you whether it can be changed.

The Detail

What That Looks Like In Practice

01

Colour held against a reference

A physical chip or a Pantone reference is approved before the run, limit samples are kept, and a repeat order is matched to the approved piece rather than to the artwork file.

02

Print screens kept between runs

Screen, cylinder and engraving files are archived against the item number, so a re-order does not pay a second setup for a logo that has not changed.

03

Decoration that suits the surface

Silk screen and UV and water transfer lay ink on the coat; laser and emboss expose the steel; TTO wraps a film around a body that is not a simple cylinder. The method follows the shape and the shade.

04

A brief settled before a sample

Artwork, decoration method, lid and pack are confirmed first, because the sample clock starts when the specification is settled, not when the enquiry arrives.

Models That Suit This Programme

Before You Ask

Questions This Programme Raises

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes, and it is matched twice: once on a chip or a Pantone reference before the run, and again on the coated body, because a shade reads differently on powder coat, on spray and on bare steel. Limit samples are kept so the second run is judged against the approved piece rather than against a screen.

Will the second season look like the first?

It is designed to. The screen, cylinder or engraving file is archived against the item number, and the approved limit sample is retained, so a repeat order starts from the physical reference. Where a coating supplier changes between runs we tell you rather than shipping the difference.

How much does a brand programme cost?

It depends on the body, the decoration method, the shade count and the pack — so it is quoted rather than published. The honest structure is that you pay once for setup and per piece afterwards, and setup is not repeated on a re-order of the same logo. Send the specification and we will itemise it.

Do you sign an NDA?

Before artwork changes hands. Send the requirement first and we will paper it before you send the files.
