Can you hit a fixed hand-over date?
That is the question the programme is planned around, so send the date first. Capacity is published as a weekly figure and it is a real constraint rather than a marketing number, which is why a peak-season gifting run is worth booking early rather than assumed.
Is there a smaller minimum for a gifting run?
The published minimum is 500 pcs per colour on existing tooling, and it applies to gifting exactly as it does to retail. Below that the honest answer depends on the body and the decoration — ask, and we will tell you what the tooling allows rather than quote a number that cannot be held.
Can the box be branded as well as the item?
Yes. Gift tubes, mailer boxes and presentation sets are printed to the same artwork standard as the product, and they are quoted separately because the board, the dieline and the print are priced that way.
Do you do individual shipping to recipients?
We ship to the address on the order. Where a programme needs each item to go to a separate recipient that is a fulfilment question rather than a manufacturing one, and it changes the pack — so raise it in the enquiry and it will be quoted around.
