Buying stainless steel bottles wholesale is less about the bottle and more about repeatability: the same item, the same colour, the same carton, arriving again next quarter. An importer's risk is not a bad first order, it is a good first order that cannot be repeated at the same shade.
What wholesale buyers need that brand buyers do not
- Carton data before the order. Inner and master carton dimensions, quantity per carton and gross weight, because the container plan and the warehouse slotting depend on them.
- A colour tolerance in writing. Distribution sells the same item for years, so a shade that drifts between runs becomes a returns problem rather than a design decision.
- A documented specification per item number. So a reorder is a reference, not a conversation.
- Consistent pack-out. The same number per carton every time, so the picking system does not have to be re-taught.
Pack-out, in the numbers we publish
Across the 12–40oz references the chart shows 25 pcs per carton, on 50–87oz it shows 12 pcs, and on the 128oz reference 9 pcs. The 32oz family reference chart shows a 9.5 x 9.5 x 25.7 cm inner and a 50 x 50 x 27 cm master carton. These come from supplied family-level size charts and they are starting points for a container plan, not a promise for every model — final carton and weight are confirmed against the body, lid, decoration and packing you choose.
Planning the container
Container loading is not published as a fixed number here, and that is deliberate: it depends on the final carton dimensions, the palletisation and the destination. Ask for the loading figure once the pack-out is confirmed, and ask for it in writing — a container plan built on an assumed carton is where the last hundred cartons end up on the floor of the loading bay.
Questions buyers ask
Can I mix item numbers in one container?
Yes, and most importers do. Each item still carries its own minimum, because each one has its own setup.
Do you supply unbranded stock?
Stock colours are made without a logo, which is what makes them stock. The catalogue colourways are the reference for those.
What is the reorder lead time?
Production runs 10–25 days after sample approval, and a reorder that has not changed anything re-enters the same window rather than starting from a brief.
The range carries the capacity and colour data for each item number, and the catalogue prints the pack-out chart.
