The United States and Canada are the markets where the paperwork is least negotiable and the packaging is most specific. A food-contact test to the FDA regulation, a California Proposition 65 statement, and a carton that passes a distribution-centre drop test are the three things a programme is judged on before anybody discusses price.

These are the market's rules rather than our claims. The two that decide your document set are the material and the destination; tell us both and we confirm which of these apply before anything is commissioned.
Restricted substances
California Proposition 65 declarations covering lead, cadmium and the listed substances in the body, the coating and the ink. Federal law does not pre-empt it.
Children's products
CPSIA lead and phthalate limits apply where the product or a removable lid can reasonably be expected to be handled by a child.
Retailer schemes
Large retail programmes usually add their own packaging, barcode and carton-test requirements on top of the regulations. Those are confirmed per retailer before the run.
Transit
ISTA-style drop and vibration protocols on the packed carton, which is what a distribution centre actually opens.
Labelling
Country of origin and the buyer's own label artwork; the retailer specifies the barcode placement and the carton marking.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can build cartons and labels to the FBA specification, including the ASIN labelling step, and we will tell you which parts of that your freight forwarder normally does instead — the split differs between programmes and getting it wrong costs a re-labelling fee at the warehouse.
Is the Proposition 65 statement separate from the FDA test?
Yes, and they come from different laboratories. The FDA test is about what the drink touches; Proposition 65 is about what is in the article. A buyer who asks for one and not the other usually discovers the gap at the retailer's onboarding stage.
Can you handle the customs paperwork?
We issue the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin that your broker needs, and we name the HS heading on the invoice. Duty calculation and the entry itself belong to your customs broker.
What is the minimum for a US programme?
500 pieces per colour on existing tooling, whatever the destination. A colour change is a setup, so the minimum is counted per colourway rather than per order.
How long from order to a loaded container?
Sampling runs 3–7 days after artwork approval and production 10–25 days after the sample is approved and the deposit clears. Add the transit window above.
