Structural review before pricing
We look at wall thickness, thread geometry, gasket behaviour and lid interface before a number goes on paper — because a leaking lid costs more than a mould made properly once.
OEM & ODM stainless steel drinkware from our own factory in Zhejiang — MOQ 500 pcs, samples in 3–7 days.

You are building a product people recognise. That usually means a structure nobody else is running, a colour that matches your brand book exactly, and a lid that behaves the way your customers expect.
What You Are Usually Solving
What We Provide
Every point below is something we can put in writing on a quotation — not a brochure line. If one of them does not fit your programme, say so and we will tell you whether it can be changed.
The Detail
We look at wall thickness, thread geometry, gasket behaviour and lid interface before a number goes on paper — because a leaking lid costs more than a mould made properly once.
Bespoke structures carry a higher MOQ because a mould has to be cut. We will tell you the honest break-even point against adapting an existing platform.
Tooling, print screens, colour chips and the specification file are archived per client. You approve everything before it runs, and it is documented as yours.
Silk screen, laser, emboss, UV, water transfer. We advise on which method holds up under dishwashing and abrasion for your price point.
Starting Points
Sourcing Checklist
Ask what happens to the print screen, the engraving file and the approved sample after the first run — the answer decides whether season two repeats or restarts.
Ask for the shade to be approved on a physical chip, not on a screen, and ask to keep the approved piece.
Ask which lid options are listed against this exact body rather than which lids exist.
Ask how a mid-run suppression (a colourway dropped, a size added) affects the minimum, before the run is scheduled.
Ask who owns the artwork and the tooling, and get it in writing rather than in an email thread.
Ask for the packing specification in writing, with the carton dimensions — it decides your storage cost, not just your freight.
Before You Ask
That is the whole job of a brand programme, and it is done with physical references rather than files: a chip or a Pantone reference approved before the run, the approved limit sample retained, and the next run matched to the retained piece. Where a coating supply changes between runs we say so rather than shipping the difference.
On existing tooling it is, and it applies per colour and per logo treatment. Below that the honest answer depends on the body and the decoration, so the useful move is to ask with the specific item number rather than to assume the answer is no.
Yes, and the route for a first launch is usually an existing body with a distinctive finish and pack rather than a new mould — it removes the tooling from the budget and keeps the differentiation in the colourway and the decoration. The sequence matters more than the product: settle the lid, the shade and the packing before the first sample.
Ask for that in writing before the tooling is cut, not afterwards. The site publishes the position it holds: client-specific tooling and artwork are not resold, and on a tooled programme exclusivity of the mould is a clause in the agreement.
