Capacity planned against the order
Roughly 150,000 pcs a week — about 600,000 a month — across vacuum, coating and assembly lines. Production slots are booked with the order, so the date we quote is the date we plan against.
OEM & ODM stainless steel drinkware from our own factory in Zhejiang — MOQ 500 pcs, samples in 3–7 days.

You are buying volume against a landed-cost target and a delivery window. The product has to be repeatable, the paperwork has to be clean, and the date has to hold.
What You Are Usually Solving
What We Provide
Every point below is something we can put in writing on a quotation — not a brochure line. If one of them does not fit your programme, say so and we will tell you whether it can be changed.
The Detail
Roughly 150,000 pcs a week — about 600,000 a month — across vacuum, coating and assembly lines. Production slots are booked with the order, so the date we quote is the date we plan against.
FOB and CIF to any port, or DDP for a defined list of destination countries with duty, tax, clearance and remote-area surcharges broken out as separate lines. We will quote the same order on more than one basis so you can compare the landed figure properly.
Material verification, in-process checks and pre-shipment inspection to an agreed AQL plan, with photos and a written report issued before release.
Different models and colours in one container, with carton marking and retail packing arranged to your own requirement.
Starting Points
Sourcing Checklist
Ask for the carton drawing with dimensions and gross weight before you price the freight — the container maths is built from those, not from the product.
Ask which compliance set applies to each destination you sell into, since it differs by market.
Ask what the mixed-SKU loading looks like, because a distribution order is never one model.
Ask for the inspection plan and the AQL level, and who pays for a third-party inspection.
Ask what is archived against the order number, because that is what protects you on a claim two shipments later.
Ask for the export document set as a list, so nothing arrives later than you expected.
Before You Ask
The product can be the same; the paperwork cannot. One order ships under one bill of lading to one consignee, and goods going to several warehouses are normally handled as separate shipments or as a fulfilment arrangement after arrival. What does change per market is the compliance set, so give us the destinations and we will map them rather than shipping a generic pack.
From the carton, not from the unit. Ask for the carton drawing and the gross weight, then the loading plan follows — and note that on dense drinkware the weight limit of a container usually binds before the volume limit does. There is a container-loading calculator on the resources page for an estimate.
Normal on a distribution order. Two things move: the minimum, because it is counted per colour and per model, and the packing plan, because the carton count is what the loading calculation is built from. Both are worth settling at the enquiry stage.
We ship to the address on the order, including a marketplace fulfilment centre, and the carton and label specification is built to what that requires. Raise it in the enquiry rather than after production, because the pack is decided before the run rather than after it.
