For Retail Chains & E-commerce

Shelf-ready packing and replenishment that holds.

Your product is judged on a shelf or in a product photo. Packaging, finish consistency and the ability to reorder the same colour next season matter as much as the bottle itself.

What You Are Usually Solving

The Brief We Hear Most Often

  • Colour and finish that match between the sample and the bulk order
  • Packaging that survives transit and photographs well
  • Dimensions that fit a planogram or a shelf bay
  • Fast replenishment on the models that sell

What We Provide

How We Answer It

Every point below is something we can put in writing on a quotation — not a brochure line. If one of them does not fit your programme, say so and we will tell you whether it can be changed.

The Detail

What That Looks Like In Practice

01

Retail packaging to your artwork

Colour box, PDQ display, gift tube, mailer box, hang tag and instruction insert — printed and assembled to your dieline.

02

Colour archived per client

Pantone references, powder-coat batches and print screens are kept on file, so a reorder two seasons later lands on the same colour.

03

Dimensional control

Capacity, diameter, height and thread geometry confirmed against your planogram or existing accessories before tooling starts.

04

Carton and barcode marking

Export cartons marked and labelled to your requirement, with mixed SKU cartons available for smaller programmes.

Six Things To Ask Before You Commit

Not our claims — the questions that separate a programme that repeats from one that restarts. Every one of them has an answer on this site, and the answer is worth getting in writing rather than in an email thread.
Put them to us
  1. 01

State the planogram or shelf height before shortlisting models — it eliminates more candidates than capacity does.

  2. 02

Ask for the retail pack, the barcode requirement and the carton specification as one document.

  3. 03

Ask which test reports the retailer will ask for, and by when, so the set can be commissioned rather than rushed.

  4. 04

Ask for the pre-shipment inspection plan in writing, with the AQL level it will be judged against.

  5. 05

Ask what the re-order looks like — screens kept, sample kept, and how quickly a replenishment run can be placed.

  6. 06

Ask for the loading plan and the gross weight, so the landed cost is not a surprise after the PO.

Before You Ask

Questions Buyers Like You Ask

Can you pack to our retailer’s own specification?

Yes. Retail packs, carton marks, barcode placement and inner packing are built to the buyer’s specification, and the carton drawing is confirmed before production because the carton is what the container plan is built from. Where the retailer uses honeycomb dividers or a specified overage, say so and it is quoted in.

What compliance documents will my retailer ask for?

Normally food-contact testing for the destination market plus a restriction screening on the coatings and materials. FDA food-contact and California Prop 65 cover the United States; LFGB with EU 1935/2004 and REACH SVHC cover the European Union. Give us the item number and the market and we will name the set rather than send everything.

How do we handle a seasonal re-order?

Place it early rather than quickly. Capacity is published as a real weekly figure, so the honest answer to a peak-season replenishment is that the slot has to exist — a seasonal programme is planned backwards from the shelf date, and the approved limit sample makes the repeat a re-order rather than a new project.

Do you do the barcodes and carton marks?

Carton assembly, barcode labelling and retail packing are part of the packing stage, and they are quoted with the product rather than as an add-on. Send the retailer’s specification with the enquiry so the pack and the carton are settled together, which is also what makes the freight quotable.
