The vacuum is the product
A bottle body is two shells brazed together under vacuum. If that braze is not sound the item looks perfect and insulates nothing, which is why vacuum retention is tested piece by piece rather than by sampling.

Sizes are the catalogue’s own figures for each item as listed. The height column repeats the printed "size at this capacity"; the per-capacity ladder for a model sold at several sizes is on that model’s own page, drawn to scale.
On The Floor
A bottle body is two shells brazed together under vacuum. If that braze is not sound the item looks perfect and insulates nothing, which is why vacuum retention is tested piece by piece rather than by sampling.
Cutting, expanding and necking lines turn a tube into a shoulder and a neck. The neck is the part that has to be repeatable, because the thread in it is what every lid in the range screws onto.
A thinner wall is lighter and cheaper and dents sooner. It is not visible in a photograph, so it is worth asking what the specification actually is rather than reading it off a render.
The same body at a larger capacity is not a scaled drawing — it is more steel, a longer vacuum path and a heavier carton. It is the reason a range is quoted per capacity rather than per model.

Before You Order
Start from the constraint, not the model: the volume it has to carry, the height or the diameter the shelf or the cup holder allows, and whether the outside will be held. The manufacturer guide for this range prints capacity, height and diameter for all 18 models, which is the fastest way to eliminate the ones that cannot work before comparing the ones that can.
Logo, body colour, surface finish, lid and packing — on every model. Where two models in the range publish a different answer, the difference is printed rather than averaged into a claim that fits neither. Nothing in this catalogue is fixed at the colour it is photographed in.
From 500 pcs per colour. The minimum applies per colour and per logo treatment, so a two-colour programme counts as two minimums. Below that the honest answer depends on the body and the decoration — ask, and we will tell you what the tooling allows rather than quote a number we cannot hold.
Sampling is 3–7 days after the artwork and the specification are settled, and production is 10–25 days after sample approval. On this range the specification means the body, the decoration method, the lid and the pack together — the sample clock starts when those are settled, not when the enquiry arrives.
It follows the destination, not the product. FDA food-contact and California Prop 65 cover the United States, LFGB with EU 1935/2004 and REACH SVHC cover the European Union, UK food-contact rules cover the United Kingdom, and Japan and Korea are handled on request. The applicable set is named against your item number rather than sent as a generic pack.
Yes, and most of what ships is not a catalogue item. Send a drawing, a sample photograph or a competitor link and we will say what it would take. A new body means tooling, and tooling is a one-time charge quoted from the drawing rather than posted.
The one that matches the shelf or the cup holder you are selling into, not the largest the range makes. Height is the constraint that eliminates models fastest, and the ladder table above prints it for every model in this range.
The body is. The lid is a mechanical assembly with a gasket, and it is where a leak will start if one starts — which is why lid function is cycled on sampled units rather than assumed from the body specification.
